What do you think about premium brands?

Premium brands are expensive such as Chanel, Prada and Audi, many people are looking forward to buying their products but when they see the prices they give up. For me, I won't buy them unless I have some special cases. I think the high prices of premium brands just because of their brands. When we buy their products 40%  money or more is used to pay for the brands not the products. So why don't we ues the 40% money buy a similar product.Some consumers don't like buying these that doesn't mean the premium brands are not necessary. On the contrary,they are effective in marketing because sometime the premium brands exactly have good quality reputation and they have good marketing in some consumers. These consumers usually buy them for working or a better lives. But if the products of premium brands are discount, buying it is a good choice. Just be careful don't be addictive in premium or you will spend much money on them. What do you think about this?

About first 7 weeks

In first 7 weeks of AP4, my mark is ok and I have adapted the life of AP4. My writing is better than before and now I know how to write a process essay. This is what I can’t before. And about speaking, I can speak more fluently and clearly. Before I studied in AP4 I hadn’t been enough brave to speak English, but now I am. In the classes I can understand what teachers say easier and easier. These are what went well in the first 7 weeks.

These also are some parts didn’t go well, such as my listening test, reading test and so on. About my listening test, I think taking notes is a difficult task for me. The speed of the speaker is so fast that I just can catch a little information. And the reading test, it’s also difficult because the article is long and the questions are different from what I did before.

In the second half, I need do more reading practice and improve the skill of note-taking. And watch news on TV and listen to the radio. I hope I can pass AP4 and get a high mark so I need listen to the teachers carefully and finish the homework on time.
